Products

Products is where you onboard SKUs for an approved seller (vendor).

Create product:
1. Select Seller (customer) — only approved vendors appear.
2. Select Pickup location — required.
3. Fill the same catalog, inventory, and pricing fields as the seller form.
4. Submit for admin approval. After approval the SKU appears in that seller’s portal and on the shop.

Pricing & Tax:
• Selling, Min, and Max auto-calculate: Selling = Min × 1.12, Max = Selling × 1.10. Enter any one to fill the others.
• Optional tick: Additional Consultancy charges.

When consultancy is ticked:
• Min Price splits into Vendor Price + Associate Consultancy Charges.
• Min Price (combined) = vendor + consultancy. Selling and Max still use this combined Min.
• Vendor Price follows GST inclusive / Seller GST Exclusive (same as today’s Min).
• Consultancy is not GST-applicable. It is paid to you with commission and appears on the associate invoice.
• Seller purchase order uses Vendor Price only (not consultancy).

Edit a product to change pickup location, prices, or consultancy split, then resubmit if it was rejected.
