Earnings

Earnings records commission (and consultancy, if you split Min Price) when an item is delivered.

Hold: amount waits until delivered_at + the product’s return-acceptable days.
Eligible: you can generate the associate invoice (PDF in the order folder).
Invoiced / Paid: after invoice and after admin records payout.

Each row shows sale, commission rate, commission amount, consultancy (GST not applicable), and total payable.

Consultancy is added on top of commission on the same invoice. It is not GST-applicable.
